Testimonials:
Taking Michelle's
Pre-Boot Camp and Fitness Challenge classes, I felt like I was
back in high school again! It was really a good reminder for me
that I can push myself to limits, physically, that I didn't really
think I could, (just like my days at 16, in long-distance track).
I
had been through some serious injuries, such as a quad pull and
knee injury, and had lost my stamina, completely. After doing
a few boot camp classes, I found that even though it was a (very!)
tough workout, I was energized after the initial fatigue settled.
I would definitely take another class from ABS if I had the chance!

Prior to Boot
Camp I was spending endless amounts of time in the gym working
out and not seeing results. I really liked the idea of a change
of scenery and our summer was so nice that I thought I d give
it a whirl. I loved it and did all three sessions. Being outdoors
you end up using many muscles you do not use in the gym. Overall,
I am in better shape and am stronger because of it!

I loved the
summer boot camp it was a great way to break up boring in-gym
routines and get some really good results! The class was challenging
and the variety made it lots of fun. I really liked the fact that
it was outdoors and was a total body work out with cardio.

I truly enjoyed
this summers boot camp. It kicked my butt and I loved every minute
of it. It was a great opportunity to meet new people, get a great
workout, and enjoy being outside and not stuck on a treadmill.
I will defiantly participate next year if you decided to host
one. Thanks for everything.

I went to boot
camp to encourage my 19-year-old daughter to start working out.
She did not go as much as I did and didn't try very hard when
she attended. I worked hard at boot camp to keep up the "good
example". As a 50-year-old father my example failed with
my daughter but man did I get into shape without even noticing
at first. Boot camp revitalized my workout regime and raised it
to the next level.
Thanks, Michelle ... - DAN
I can say that
I was already in great shape when I signed up for Michelle's Fitness
challenge this summer. I was looking for a challenge - both in
terms of physical and fun! I must say that this past summer provided
a lot of both!
