If so, this class
combines the best of Boot Camp at a pace that matches your individual
fitness level. Our program is a total body workout that is short
and intense! With cardiovascular segments followed by strength
training and core conditioning your body will achieve optimal
results in minimal time. Other areas of focus include muscle
endurance, cardiovascular health, balance/coordination, and
flexibility.
Boot Camp @ The Beach is an intense class, adaptable
to all fitness levels. These are all things you need to start
thinking about for the Summer! Don't miss out!
